Hey Akhila, the pancakes look lip-smacking! I learnt about using buttermilk in traditional cakes sometime ago and it made a whole lot of difference. But somehow never occurred to me to use it for pancakes. What a brilliant idea! Will try it out next time for sure. Thanks and much love!
