Coastal Mojito

A Light & Refreshing Classic Mojito with a Twist… made with Vodka in a fizzy splash of Sprite…!!! A Perfect Summer Drink… Cheers!!!

Mojitos are among the easiest cocktails you can pull off when compared to other fancy drinks; with its minimal ingredients and its revitalizing effect, this drink is enough to Wow your Guests! Though originally from Cuba, mojitos are a favorite among people all over the world. The classic mojito recipe calls for lime, mint leaves, white rum, soda and ice cubes, but this recipe is unique with its own twist in vodka and sprite, retaining the original taste and most importantly it’s refreshing feel.

Mojitos come in different varieties and flavours, and if you prefer any fruity variations you can do so by adding the fruit pulp of your choice along with the other ingredients. To my non-alcoholic friends out there, check out my Virgin Mojito recipe on Pepper Delight.

Talking about the booze levels, mojitos are more of a lighter drink leaving hardly any hangover. You can always vary the amount of vodka added to make your drink boozier, but I would advise to sip it along with food to avoid the tipsy dozy feel. Pair your drink with lean proteins like chicken, turkey or fish, to easily balance your diet.

Enjoy, Chill…!
