Hi Germenn,
I am using Daily Delight’s frozen tender jackfruit which is readily available in most of the Indian/Asian grocery stores. It is not mushy as the canned ones.
About King Fish, we have a fresh Kerala fish distributor here in St. Louis. An other option is buying frozen (Seafood Delight branch, it’s Daily Delight’s seafood section).

Hi Akhila, what brand of frozen jackfruit have you tried? I’ve only tried the Trader Joe’s Tender Jackfruit in Brine but found the product too mushy, maybe because it is canned. Also, any leads on where you buy Kingfish? I saw some of your Insta recipes use this fish. Thanks!
