In reply to Harsha. The recipe calls for shallow frying the fish in less oil. But make sure both sides should cook well and becomes nicely charred and brown. I have updated the recipe with more information.

I am going to try this recipe. But one doubt. How do you fry the fish? Deep frying or shallow frying???
