Ingredients
6bread slices(of your choice, I have used brioche)
1cuprotisserie / boiled chicken(shredded)
½of a medium sized onion(finely chopped)
½cupcorn
¼cupcilantro(chopped)
¼cupmayonnaise
2-3tbsptomato ketchup
1tbspsriracha sauce / chili sauce
½tsppepper
Salt(as required)
Butter or ghee(as required, optional)
Instructions
In a bowl, prepare the sandwich filling by combining the shredded chicken with onion, corn, cilantro, mayonnaise, ketchup, sriracha sauce, salt and pepper. Keep aside.
If using a toaster, toast the bread slices in it and then spread the sandwich filling.
If using a panini maker, spread the filling onto the bread slices and toast the sandwich.
