Ingredients
  • 1 can diced / crushed tomatoes 14.5 oz
  • 2 fresh tomatoes
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 jalapeno
  • 1 handful of cilantro
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • ½ of a medium sized onion
  • Salt (as required)
Instructions
  1. Blend all the ingredients together and check for the seasoning.
  2. Allow it to sit for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes

1. You can remove the seeds of the jalapenos to make it less spicy.
2. Leftovers can be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to one week.
